Advanced Leaders Course

The Advanced Leaders course is the most senior of the Leadership training courses offered by the New Zealand Cadet Forces for cadets.  Students are selected from senior cadets who show considerable leadership potential.  Many graduates go on to take commissions in the organisation when they meet the age requirements.
